C. 50), AS TO THE HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT OF WINDING ENGINEMEN: AND Order of the Secretary of State Dated APRIL 1, 1913, PRESCRIBING THE DATE AFTER WHICH UNDER SECTION 57 (3) OF THE ACT A WINDING ENGINEMAN MAY NOT BE EMPLOYED FOR MORE THAN 8 HOURS IN ANY ONE DAY, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED BY THE GENERAL REGULATIONS.
