IMPLEMENTADA por

• Orden PRE/696/2008, de 7 de marzo, por la que se incluyen en el anexo I del Real Decreto 2163/1994, de 4 de noviembre, por el que se implanta el sistema armonizado comunitario de autorización para comercializar y utilizar productos fitosanitarios, las sustancias activas dimetoato, dimetomorf, glufosinato, metribuzin, fosmet, propamocarb, beflubutamida, virus de la poliedrosis nuclear de la spodoptera exigua, etoprofos, metil pirimifos y fipronil, así como en lo que respecta a la expiración del plazo de inclusión de las sustancias activas azoxistrobin, imazalil, cresoxim metil, espiroxamina, azimsulfurón, prohexadiona cálcica y fluroxypir.
