Act 71, HB 650. AN ACT To extend Social Security coverage to the members of the Puerto Rico Police Bureau rank system; amend Section 3.4 of Act No. 106-2017, known as the "Act to Guarantee the Payment of Pension Benefits to our Retirees, and to Establish a New Defined Contribution Plan for Public Employees"; grant a thirty (30)-day period to the members of the Puerto Rico Police Bureau rank system who have less than ten (10) years left until mandatory retirement in accordance with Act No. 447 of May 15, 1951, as amended, to determine whether they wish to enroll in Social Security; repeal Act No. 128-2008; and for other related purposes
