Act 138, HB 1546. AN ACT To add a Section 31.031 and a Section 31.032 to Chapter 31 of Act No. 77 of June 19, 1957, as amended, known as the "Insurance Code of Puerto Rico," in order to provide that no health service organization may deny provider enrollment applications submitted by physicians, hospitals, primary care centers, diagnostic and treatment centers, dentists, laboratories, pharmacies, emergency medical services, prehospital care services, medical equipment suppliers, or any other person authorized in Puerto Rico to provide health care services, if the applicant meets the necessary requirements to practice the profession and/or perform the duties and is authorized by the competent authorities to provide health care services in Puerto Rico; and for other related purposes
